My coaching approach is based on knowledge, experience, intuition and asking questions, lots of them.

I came to coaching inspired by my practice as a therapist and my own experiences. I started seeing clients in private practice as a counselor in 2006 and I still do. I am humbled by the privilege to work with my counseling clients and to stand by them through their dark nights of the soul and of their relationships.

Throughout the years I felt a call to explore what lies beyond healing, beyond the relief of suffering and dysfunction. Some of the answers and felt experiences I found were; fulfillment, joie de vivre, contentment, purpose, a love for life, serenity, soft power, expansion, connectedness, health, sensuality, a sense of inherent worthiness of self and others, the graceful acceptance of the shadow, loss and even death. Did I come to all of those answers easily? Of course not, and I am still learning every day.

Some personal information:

I am a Tunisian-born Belgian, raised in Africa, currently residing in the Netherlands. Fluent in Flemish/Dutch, English, and French. Born in 1977, Gen X, INFJ, curious. By the time I was 25 I traveled to more than 40 countries and stopped counting, this peculiarity combined with having been raised outside of the culture of my parents, allowed me to feel my way into the dichotomy of the universality of human experiences on the one hand and the influence and diversity of cultural, historical and religious narratives on the other hand. I am married, a mother to two children, an only child of two complex humans whose lives intersected with historical events and cultural changes.
